1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most standard items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
•Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
•Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
•Custom, special-order, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
 

 
2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
 

 
3. Return Shipping Costs
•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
•A restocking fee of 10%may apply for large furniture items.
 

 
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
•A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
 
 

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
 

 
7. Non-Returnable Items
•Custom or made-to-order furniture
•Clearance or final sale items
•Items showing signs of wear, assembly, or modification
